The film Chhakka Panja turns around four buddies in a town — Raja (Deepak Raj Giri), Saraswoti (Jeetu Nepal), Magne (Kedar Ghimire) and (Buddhi Tamang). Raja is rich yet uneducated and acknowledges life, and encourages his allies to not get hitched or hold any occupation. In any case, he quickly has illegal associations with married women.
